# [Plugin: Formidable Forms] Form not displaying

 * I completed a form, added it to a page, and it isn’t displaying correctly. All
   that shows, whether I’m logged in as Admin or a normal user is an “Edit Form”
   link and a save button. And the Edit Form link doesn’t do anything.

 * Can you create a topic in the [formidable pro help-desk](http://formidablepro.com/help-desk/)
   with a link to your form so I can take a look? This may be caused by conflicting
   theme CSS or some other plugin/theme conflict.
