 * Hello,
    I have mailed you before but couldn’t get a reply. So I’m not sure if
   my message has reached you. Asset CleanUp Pro frequently gets deactivated in
   my site and I couldn’t figure out why. First I was using an e-commerce hosting
   and when I talked to my hosting provider they told me that e-commerce hosting
   plans may have some restriction because of security issues and may not allow
   some plugins to run. Then I changed my hosting plan. But nothing has changed.
   If you can help me on this issue I’ll appreciate.
 * Thank you,
    Deniz Uzunoglu

 * I guess this is the fourth time I’m writing to you for support and couldn’t get
   a single reply. Your plugin gets deactivated very frequently. Can you please
   take a look. I like using your plugin when it works but I’m really frustrated
   about the support.

 * [@denizuzunoglu](https://wordpress.org/support/users/denizuzunoglu/) As we started
   our discussion privately a few days ago, let’s keep it there so we have everything
   in one place (easier to go through every message).
 * For anyone having this problem: I will provide a snippet on the documentation
   page very soon ([https://assetcleanup.com/docs/](https://assetcleanup.com/docs/))
   that can be placed in functions.php (e.g. from the child theme) and whenever
   Asset CleanUp is not active, it will forcefully activate it.
 * This should be used ONLY if you know for sure that your website automatically
   deactivates Asset CleanUp once in a while (there were a few complaints from people
   using LiteSpeed server hosting) and of course, you know for sure that you will
   continue using Asset CleanUp. If you decide to stop using the plugin, make sure
   you delete the snippet first, then deactivate and delete it from the “Plugins”
   page.
 * PS: This is not a permanent solution, but just a patch until the real culprit
   will be found and this issue would be resolved without requiring any custom code.
