    My result was 
   a blank screen, but I’m not holding my breath. “0 of 5 support threads in the
   last three weeks have been resolved.”

 * Please provide URl of the website so we can analyze this issue.
    There are can
   be several reasons of the ‘black screen’: – template absence in the theme; – 
   conflict between plugin and theme.
