Plugin generates its cookies although removed

    Hey Guys,
    we tested your plugin but we want to go for another so we removed CookieYes from our WordPress-Site. So although it is removed it still generates all the cookielawinfo- cookies. Why is that and how can we remove this behavior?

    Hi @sanafant,

    Once you deactivate the plugin, please clear the cookies from the browser. The plugin won’t generate the cookies anymore.

    Hey @webtoffee,
    thanks for your answer and sorry for the delay but we still have the problem. We choosed complianz and complianz scans our site for cookies which are set when accessing our site. Your Cookies are still set although the plugin is totally removed, we haven’t installed it anymore!

    Please check this again, this is a very big issue!
