 * If a post has been manually tagged with geo_latitude and geo_longitude then the
   link and map does not show on a post.
 * For Geolocation to show the link the geo_public flag needs to be added, this 
   is in conflict with the recommendations of the codex which states that that meta
   item is optional

           (int) is the geodata public (1) or private (0)? If value is missing, assume public.
