# Plugin get error and not working

 * Hello I install Zoho Campaigns plugin in my site but when click on subscribe 
   now button I get this error “zc_action_builder_simple is not defined” in console.
   And some time it automatically gone. when I dont getting any error form is work
   then the subscriber email is not getting in subscriber list in [https://crmplus.zoho.com/iqinnovations/index.do#campaigns/home.do/getcpdata/subscribers/all](https://crmplus.zoho.com/iqinnovations/index.do#campaigns/home.do/getcpdata/subscribers/all)

 * Now in this plugin When I fill up subscribe form and I get Subscription Confirmation
   mail and after I Confirm Subscription I get entry in newsletter list. Can set
   the direct to subscribe when fill up form?

 * We would like to inform you that the signup form we use in Zoho Campaigns is 
   a double opt-in form which will follow the process of getting confirmation from
   the user and this is a mandatory process in Zoho Campaigns since this is a permission
   based email marketing service.
