 * Is anybody else experiencing issues with this plugin with the latest version 
   of WordPress 4.3? I’ve tried to use the plugin on multiple websites and it keeps
   getting stuck when importing a document.

 * I’ve just tried this out on WordPress 4.3 and it seems to be working okay for
   me. To try to narrow down the problem, could you answer the following?
 * * When does “getting stuck” mean exactly? Nothing happens after clicking “Insert
   into editor”?
 * * What browsers have you tried using?
 * * Do you have any other WordPress plugins installed?
 * * What documents have you tried? Could you try a new Word document that just 
   has a paragraph of text? What version of Word are you using?
 * * Did you have the plugin working on previous versions of WordPress?
 * * Does your browser show any JavaScript errors in its console?

 * I just noticed what caused the issue. The two files in question were in .doc 
   format vs .docx
 * I just assumed this plugin did both and didn’t pay attention to the file type
   extension.
