# Plugin gone

 * I have a site where I’ve been using your plugin. I can see in upload there is
   a folder with more than 2 Gb of files belonging to backwpup. Last access/filedate
   in the folder is yesterday. Today however, the plugin is gone. How do i fix this?

    Weird, Could you please install
   BackWPUp again, tomorrow if the plugin is gone, please let me know.

 * I had this issue multiple times in the past as well, with both the free and the
   premium version, and every time it happened after an update.

 * I don’t have this problem at the moment. It happened in the past and I solved
   it by reinstalling the plugin.
 * Right now I have another issue, unrelated to this one: all my backup jobs are
   gone.

    So 
   you press uninstall and reinstall the plugin? when press uninstalls the plugin,
   everything related to BackWPUp in the database will be removed.

 * No, I haven’t. That’s why it’s strange.
    The logs are still available.
 * Anyway, I’m not very worried about this. It only happened on one website.
    I’m
   going to recreate my jobs and monitor them for the next few days.
