Are you seeing that error after you are loading the posts page or just when you log in to the dashboard? There is a limit on the number of times the requests to Google can be made in a row and that is why the caching is in there as well as delay that I added to try and space requests apart. It may be that the delay isn’t long enough.

Thanks for responding. I’m not sure exactly what was causing it, but I noticed that on one computer it was happening constantly and it wasn’t happening at all on my other computer. I completely cleared the cache and cookies on the computer I was getting that error on and now it works great. Not sure what caused it, but there’s the fix if anyone else stumbles upon this problem.
Revisiting this issue. I just opened a new Analytics account and installed this plugin. The Authentication appears to be a Client type that is good for the computer/browser only. No other computer nor any other browser on the same computer can load the data. I tried a browser at work which I don’t believe has ever touched google analytics web sites.
The authentication message when I log in during the authentication process for the plugin even states that the authentication is Not for a Server.
Is there some configuration option I missed?
I have successfully changed the plugin to plot both Unique Vistiors and New Vistors instead of the Pageviews, so I am somewhat familiar with some aspects of the code but did not want to learn all the authentication magic.
I’m getting the same error. The O-Auth went just fine and no amount of changing browsers, cache clearing, cookie clearing or switching computers is showing anything other than “Could not load Google Analytics data”.
Any ideas?
