 * When you delete the tool from a phone, you lose all the GA accounts.
 * If you don’t use GA for the admin accounts, then an admin can still provide the
   secret to each user, but otherwise, you’ll have to browse the DB tables to retrieve
   the secrets.
 * Should backup codes be implemented?

 * Deleting/renaming the plugin using a FTP/Shell account resolves that problem
