 * This aspect of this plugin does not seem to be working for me; when a search 
   is entered into the current WordPress search form on my theme, the result is 
   a blank page with a Google Search box at the top left corner. Entering the search
   again in _that_ box does work as expected, and my custom search is displayed.
 * I’m not sure if this is related but, your installation instructions do not provide
   the answer to the following question, which Google asks after you select Host&
   iframe
 * > Specify the url in your site where you want the search results to appear:
