# [Plugin: Google Map Shortcode] Map doesn't show

 * Hi,
 * All was working fine until the last upgrade of WordPress & of the plug-in. I 
   now cannot get the map to show on a page (or a post).
 * The space taken by the map is taken, when i look at the source code, i do see
   the js & html tags but no Google map !
 * I’ve only tried things out with one point … not with several ones.

 * Hi,
    Can I ask if the failure to display is on all browsers. I’m finding that
   the map fails to display on Chrome, although working fine when I use Firefox.
   Another colleague has managed to display the map using the Chrome browser, so
   it seems as though the issue must be hidden somewhere in the settings on my computer–
   but I’m yet to identify which setting.

 * I’m under Mac OS, i’ve tested the display with different browsers & with different
   settings of the plug-in. I have found that it will work on chrome if the marker
   animation is activated.
 * Here are the results.
 * **Chrome** :
    Marker animated : Map Shows / Marker not animated : Map doesn’t
   show
 * **Safari** :
    Marker animated : Map doesn’t show / Marker not animated : Map 
   doesn’t show
 * **Firefox** :
    Marker animated : Map doesn’t show / Marker not animated : Map
   doesn’t show
 * I hope this will help. I must say i’m intrigued by the Chrome result …
