 * Is it possible to get support for multi-page posts, i.e. posts that have <!–nextpage–
   >
 * I have been asked for a sitemap plugin that includes every page (i.e. url) that
   appears on a site, including all the ‘post/2/’, ‘post/3/’ etc pages that a multi-
   page post has.
 * Will this plugin be implementing a feature such as this? or does it appear to
   be a little OTT?
