 * After reviewing your plugin, I believe it violates the TOS of WordPress plugin
   repository.
 * The issue is that this plugin adds plugin developer’s link without user’s content.

 * Under few restrictions –
 * 4. The plugin must not embed external links on the public site (like a “powered
   by” link) without explicitly asking the user’s permission.
 * **Full report:**
 * It adds a URL to the plugin devs site without user’s permission in a deceptive
   manner.
 * Once you add the widget in your sidebar, it shows Follow me on Google+
 * Below is the user’s picture then it says Username … Add to Circles
 * in 491 people’s circles with a + sign next to it.
 * So you would think that this plus sign might let you add this person in your 
   circle… but once you click on the plus sign it shows plugin author’s link…..
