[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory & Addons] Add Gravity Form Directory Button

After activating the add on an extra gravity form button appears saying “gravity forms” but when pressed nothing happens

Have tried using the shortcode [directory] but have issues with sizing.

I get errors appearing when the add on is installed. Any assitance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
