[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory & Addons] "Approved" checkbox does not show up

I have added the directory and added the forms to the pages, my form as a single checkbox with “Approved” value and label, for admin only. But as soon as I set this to “approved= true” no entries appear. I am using gravity add ons version 2.4.2. I am unable to see through the code what the issue is.
