    Error Confirmed. Line 22:

    echo "<script>var jquery_placeholder_url = '" . $plugin_url . "/jquery.placeholder-1.0.1.js';</script>";

    Should be changed to:

    echo "<script type='text/javascript'>var jquery_placeholder_url = '" . $plugin_url . "/jquery.placeholder-1.0.1.js';</script>";
