 * I want to set a category and one or two pages as private, guest users can access
   to the rest of the information.

 * Yes that’s possible, content that is not protected is available to anyone (users
   who are not logged in aka guest users or simply visitors) and you can also restrict
   parts of content to be shown to non-members. Have a look at the shortcodes that
   Groups provides, you can use them and the access control features to do what 
   you describe.
