 * How would I use the tabs with custom fields? What I want to do is have the regular
   post with the tabs underneath. In the different tabs I want to be able to use
   the Custom Fields Template and have it insert the info into different tabs. Help!

 * Tabs at this time can only be entered directly into posts or pages by using the
   shortcode [tab:Tab Name] for each tab you wish to create followed by the shortcode[
   tab:END] to tell the plugin where to stop looking for tabs. I am working on a
   method for including tabs into widgets in the near future, but I am unsure about
   using them for custom fields at this time.
