# Plugin hacked or has malicious code?

 * If you check the step two on this page and click on “View Our Size Guide” button,
   the popup is displayed but after 2 seconds it redirects to different links. If
   I disable the plugin or remove it the site goes back to normal with no issues.
 * Can you please respond to this ASAP?

 * I have tried [these](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/what-to-do-when-popup-click-redirects-to-an-unknown-website-2/)
   steps and my plugin is updated, there no code in Custom JS / CSS.
 * The issue still doesn’t go away.

 * For benefit of others, who want to continue using this plugin, I could resolve
   the issue by doing the following –
    1. Ensure that the plugin is updated.
 * 2. Copy plugin code/details and delete all popups that have an issue of redirecting
   to random URLs.
 * 3. Recreate the popups.
 * This resolved the issue for me, but I might not continue using it as it is quiet
   a grave issue in my opinion. But overall it used to be a great plugin other than
   that.
