# Plugin has invalid header

 * I am very interested in the pro version of your product, but attempting to install
   and use your version from WP.org I get an invalid plugin header notice when I
   try to activate. I’ve disabled all plugins and attempted it with the same results.
   Help?

 * deleted and reinstalled 3 times, 3rd time (as usual) was the charm. Looking forward
   to testing it out and upgrading.

   site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
