 * No output in debug.log with all debugging enabled.

 * Hi David,
 * If you’re using any kind of cache plugin, you may need to delete your old cache
   files and rebuild the cache files after activating the plugin.
 * If you look at the source code on your site, do you see the ?ver= strings there,
   or is it only tools such as Pingdom that sees them?

 * Hey there, David!
 * I installed the plugin and deleted my cache through W3 Total Cache.
 * When I checked on GTMetrix, the inline small javascript score went from 40% to
   80%, but my overall page speed grade went down by 1% instead of up.
 * Do you have any suggestions?
