It stopped working last week, out of the blue. I am unable to resolve the issue as I am a very non-technical user. The newsletter is no longer sending emails. It was working perfectly before that. * Initially, I thought it was a malware issue, and I ran tests. There is no malware. I also disabled and uninstalled a few plugins, to no avail. Please, goto the page Newsletter/Help/Sending and check if the “Engine lock” is set to a number. That last version changes the lock strategy, if the problem is the sending engine lock. Please open a new support request so we can discuss your specific issue. On the new support request, report if there is a notification on top of the Newsletter admin pages about the “scheduler not working”.
