# Plugin has stopped working

 * Hi I have been notified by my client that the Free Shipping was not being applied.
   I went in and produced some orders and it is not showing up at all.
 * Any help would be great please.
 * This is the setup:

   get 1 free offer where you also get free shipping.

 * Thanks for the screenshot, that helps 🙂
 * I see you’ve setup two ‘country’ conditions. What you’re telling now, it that
   the user needs to be in Canada AND in the United States, which of course isn’t
   possible.
 * To resolve this, you can create a extra ‘Condition group’ (‘Add Or group’ button),
   and duplicate the setup you already have, but one group should have ‘United states’,
   and the other one ‘Canada’.
 * Does that help?
