 * The HelloBar icon that appears in the left menu of the admin page, appears so
   that it is not the Administrator page (author, contributor, …). But should appear
   only for who is administrator for the sake of privacy.
 * Including notification messages you also appear only to the admin for the sake
   of privacy.
 * Is the suggestion.
