# Plugin holds on “loading…”

 * Dear WP Paint Team,
 * Unfortunately the plugin does not work (I’m using genesis). If I click on “edit
   image using WP paint” so it says “loading…” and nothing happens.
 * So the plugin is not really helpful for me if it’d stay like this.

   Developer Tools console for any errors. This error generally appears when parts
   of your website are running on HTTP when the main site is loading over HTTPS.

 * Hi,
 * I have the same problem and the plugin is hanged on loading forever and can not
   work with it… How to check and fix if the google chrome creating this problem.
