 * Hi!
    I’ve managed to insert custom field inside the output of the plugin in order
   to post an alternative image than the post thumbnail.
 * Now, I’ve seen some plugins allowing a sort of ‘child file’ allowing to modifying
   some files regardless any update by simply posting the file at the theme root.
 * As I understand, this option can work only if the hook is permanently inside
   the plugin. Would it be possible to do it?
 * Best regards,
 * Thomas

 * Hi Thomas!
 * Yes, that is possible, but it wasn’t in my plans till now. So, are you trying
   to display some custom fields inside your widget area, right? And what about
   that alternative image?

 * Hi Eduardo, sorry for being late to answer 🙂
    Well the goal of this custom field
   is to call a thumbnail which is linked to a page just in case it’s called on
   the home page for instance. It’s useful when my friends that are using the website
   want to feature on the homepage a page which already has a featured image.
 * Example: a page about pigs with a photo of pigs, but if they feature it on the
   homepage, the image used is a cat.
 * For this hook, I’ve seen it with Meteor slider, you can past a template in your
   child folder and it helps customizing the plugin.
 * For instance, I’ll soon have to limit the number of characters called for the
   excerpt:)

 * Hey, Thomas. No problem at all!
 * Ok, let me get this straight: you want the ability to change the post thumbnail
   based on the page you’re visiting? Is that it? And we could have a filter for
   it, is that what you’re asking?
 * Bye!
