 * I have noticed, that when I try to add an image during activated plugin, no image
   code is transfered to the editor. When deactivating the plugin, everything is
   fine again.

 * The next issue is, the standard buttons of the core html editor are missed, when
   activating the plugin. No good news.
 * I use the newest plugin version on 3.4.1
