 * Things work fantastically in 3.3, but I get two errors when I hit save ‘Save 
   settings’ on the plugin’s options page:
 * Notice: Undefined index: clean_html in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/D2L10/wp-content/
   plugins/import-html-pages/html-import-options.php on line 611
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
