 * I have installed and configured the plug in but nothing appears in my page ???
   but the plugin code is inside ???
 * the song is in the server in mp3 and ogg and the .htacess is ready for those 
   files
 * can you help me, please ?

 * Sorry but I don’t understand.
 * The 2 players on my page are not your player but are reverbnation players.
 * your player in first position does not work in firefox and chrome. I don’t test
   it on IE but I think it’s the same

 * Ok if you’re already using another player then there’s a high chance that its
   a conflict between the two. Turn off the other one, and let me know if this one
   works.
 * If we can confirm its conflict with this other plugin specifically I can try 
   to fix it
