 * Hyper Cache Extended has nice improvements and works very well under Linux. However,
   the capability to only serve cached pages when the web server average load is
   above a specified percentage only works under Linux. Let me know if you would
   like to add support for Windows and certain other operating systems to the next
   release and I will send you changes I made to enable that.
