 * Plugin includes, I’m using Frontier on a site with WP Media Folder and Youtube
   Embed Pro and would like to have these available to use in Frontier on front 
   end posting form if possible for members of the site to add to posts without 
   using the dashboard.

 * Frontier Post does not restrict use of other plugins. If the other plugins support
   frontend, they should work with Frontier Post.
 * I expect that they short codes you can insert in a post from Frontier Post – 
   does that work ?
 * If the other plugins adds a button to the tinymce editor toolbar, they must make
   sure it also shows up in frontend.
 * I suggest that you ask the other plugins if they support using their features
   when you create posts from frontend.
