# Plugin instalation error

 * Hi, I would really need some help with a Plugin error I get when installing it.
   Whether I download it trough wordpress or upload the zip file from my pc it always
   shows an error:
 * “This package can not be installed. There are no existing modules.
 * The module was not installed.”
 * I tried it with 4 plugins and the same error occurred so I guess it’s not the
   plugin.
 * Thanks for the help.

 * Re-upload a fresh, **unpacked**, copy of the plugin’s folder to wp-content/plugins
   using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management
   application your host provides.
