 * I had a problem with a “language switch” plug-in earlier and as a result i had
   to delete all of the plug-ins that i have. Now when i go ahead and try adding
   new plug-ins i’m having this message “Plugin install failed” Pls. someone help
   me out with this problem. Thanks.
