# Plugin install failed.

 * I do hope 123 Flash staff monitors the WP support forum. Or has this plugin been
   abandoned?
 * Specifically, this is what happens when attempting to install it:
 * > Downloading install package from [https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wordpress-chat-plugin-by-123-flash-chat.3.8.zip…](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wordpress-chat-plugin-by-123-flash-chat.3.8.zip…)
   > Unpacking the package…
   > Installing the plugin…
   > The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
   > Plugin install failed.
   > Return to Plugin Installer

 * I found the solution.
 * For anybody else who might face the same problem, I followed the suggestions 
   by webvitaly[in this post](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-valid-plugins-were-found-1?replies=5)
 * In a nutshell, this folder has **bad folder structure.**

 * Sorry. I meant to say the _plugin_ has bad folder structure. 🙂
