 * i try to install new theme,first and second time come out no head….(i forgot 
   the words),now have this problem.
    what is the problem,how do solve? thank you!

    - Download the plugin and unzip it somewhere.
    - Upload the plugin folder to your wp-content/plugins directory.
    - Login to your Dashboard, click on Plugins, and activate it.
