    My WP Job Manager plugin is taking me through the whole installation process.
   On the production site, t has been installed a year ago.. Is this normal ? WPML
   is also asking me to register “this site” ?!?!

 * This could be “normal” as these plugins are likely thinking that its a completely
   new site because the url has changed. Usually this should not happen but this
   seems not to be valid for all plugins.
 * You could deactivate these plugins on the staging site to continue.
