# plugin installation failed

 * My site is hosted directly on WordPress
 * Caldera forms was running successfully, then disappeared. I went to reinstall,
   and received the error “installation failed, destination folder already exists.”
 * From other posts, I know I should be able to get to the folder and delete it,
   but I have no idea how to get there since I am hosted on WordPress.
 * any help would be appreciated
