# Plugin installation – Folder already exists

 * I have reinstalled wordpress and when I try to install e-commerce it says
 * Downloading install package from [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-e-commerce.3.8.5.zip…](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-e-commerce.3.8.5.zip…)
 * Unpacking the package…
 * Installing the plugin…
 * Destination folder already exists. /customers/0/d/a/popboutique.se/httpd.www/
   wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/
 * Plugin install failed.
 * I have already tried to delete the old e-commerce file in /wordpress/wp-content/
   plugins through an ftp client. Still doesnt work..
 * Please help!
