 * hi i installed plugin but i cant see it in menu, then i install again and it 
   shows me this message “nstalling Plugin: Rencontre – Dating Site 1.9.10.1
    Downloading
   install package from [https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/rencontre.zip…](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/rencontre.zip…)
 * Unpacking the package…
 * Installing the plugin…
 * Destination folder already exists. /home/cupidd3w/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/
   rencontre/
 * Plugin install failed.” plz help me

 * The “error” is telling you that the plugin is already there. If you think the
   initial install failed, use FTP or your hosting control panel to delete the directory
   wp-content/plugins/rencontre/
 * Is the plugin not showing when you use PLUGINS->INSTALLED PLUGINS from the dashboard?
   Did you activate it after the initial install?

 * I gave up trying to install it… Im not stupid, but the installation really requires
   a level of understanding of php which is far beyond the average user. The developer
   would see a lot more success if he made it a more friendly install process…
