 * I just began customizing my site after installing my theme, simple normal stuff,
   and when i tried to install the plugins i always use, i got this error:
 * Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.
   org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please 
   try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to
   WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in /home/costaricaextreme/
   public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 83
    Something went wrong
   with the plugin API.
