While this plugin is public, it isn’t currently promoted in any way, hence the lack of documentation. It was built for a client (Interstrategy) that wanted to use it on multiple sites and if updates were needed in the future, easily deploy them across other (that’s why it’s public).

It provides the backend interface for managing business listings. You’ll need to build the template files in your theme that manage the frontend display.
