 * Was your website down when you activated the Mesmerize Companion?
 * What is the displayed error message?
 * Can you, please, check if you are using the latest version of the plugin?
 * Also, can you deactivate your plugins except the Mesmerize Companion and recheck
   your issue?

 * The error displayed is: “There has been a critical error on your website.
 * Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”
 * That is with the plugin activated. When plugin is deactivated the site loads,
   but is displaying wrong – due to the plugin isn’t there.
 * Yes latest version of plugin and Pro theme.
