# Plugin is inconsistent

 * Hi, we are using CBR free plugin on our website and the working of plugin seems
   inconsistent. When we first time installed the plugin, it worked fine, however
   after some time it completely stopped working. We also tried reinstalling the
   plugin but its still not working. The product that we want to restrict appears
   in our shop page as well as in the search pages. But when we click on the product
   to view it we are correctly redirected to the home page as expected. So its working
   if someone clicks on the product and tries to view it, but its visible in the
   shop and search pages, which should not happen. Below are the screenshots of 
   our settings and the list of active plugins we are using. 
   We tested this using
   incognito mode in chrome with a VPN. We also tested this using the CBR frontend
   country debug tool dropdown option

 * This might be a caching issue. Please try deactivating any cache plugins or caching
   systems on your store, then check the issue again using an incognito window.

 * We are not using any caching plugin or any type of caching systems on our store.
   I also tried testing on different browser, in incognito mode but its still showing
   the restricted products

 * I believe the **Page Optimize** – by Automattic (v0.5.6) plugin is a caching 
   tool designed to improve your website’s speed.
