Just noticed that the plugin doesn’t work on php 7.1 downgraded back to php 7.0.x and its working

It should work with php 7.2 and 7.3 correctly. Try deactivate and activate plugin again.
If error still exists, please send screenshots with error on https://gourl.io/view/contact/Contact_Us.html
