    Greetings!
 * Hope you are doing great and keeping yourself safe.
 * I tried implementing your plugin on a domain, it worked for a few days, after
   that it stopped working.
 * So, for now we deactivated the plugin, we have just made the fields as normal
   texts.
 * Request you to please help us out, we have an immediate client project to deliver.

    But i found something wrong in your site. In the site footer, some unnecessary
   code is displaying.
