# Plugin is not working

 * Hi,
    I faced the issue with the plugin settings, clicking the: Include Custom
   Messages in Admin Emails ==> Include in Admin Emails, after saving the settings
   i receive an error Error: Options page woocustomemails_settings_name not found
   in the allowed options list. So the plugin is not working.

 * I’ve contacted wordpress and they can’t help as it’s not their plugin. Really
   upsetting 🙁

 * This is a known issue, and I will work to fix it when I have enough free time.
 * Unfortunately I do not have an estimate on when this will be, as I am swamped
   with paid work projects.

 * Same issue here. I tried to add other product types and got that same error message.

 * I’m in the same boat. Stuck tonight trying to get it to show up in an appointment
   product type. Would love to have a solution.

 * This issue has been fixed in the latest release!
 * I pushed Version 2.2.9 a few minutes ago.
 * Unfortunately, you will need to go to the **WCE Settings** page and enter the
   options for “Show in Admin Emails” and “Display for Other Product Types”.
