# Plugin is not working

 * The plugin is not working at mine website.
 * I read all threads in this forum to find the solution, but it was unsuccessful–
   the plugin still not working.

 * From what I can see you’re using Cloudflare, right? Please enter the data for
   Cloudflare in the plugin settings, in the CDN settings section, according to 
   the instructions.
 * If you do it, please let me know – I’ll check for you if everything works correctly.

 * Based on the screenshot of the server configuration, I see that you are using
   the PRO version of the plugin. In that case, please contact me via e-mail: `hello(
   at)mattplugins.com`. This forum is dedicated to the free version – there is a
   separate support channel for the PRO version.
