When I looked on source code then there is no such plugin. I’ve checked your website and I can see that the cache control and gzip are working. I have checked it, Gzip, Cache and Minify all are enabled, I have also added the “Performance string” to Ignored comment stems: but nothing changed. May be this was the reason.
