# Plugin is Not Working

 * Dear Guys,
 * I am using your plugin for free Shipping Bar but it has stopped working.
 * I am not sure why this has happened, I recently install a live support plugin
   so i thought that would have caused it to stop working so i disabled it but it
   still does not work so i have turned it back on now.
 * Can you please help me out.

    Please try to deactive other plugin and keep only Free Shipping
   Bar and WooCommerce working.

 * The demo version used to work just fine until recently. Now I’ve added more shipping
   zone and it’s buggy on mobile whereas on desktop it won’t show at all.
 * I’m considering purchasing the premium version, but not with this kind of support.
   Any other respectable theme/plugin developer would ask for WP login credentials
   and do a little bit of digging on his own, not ask of the possibly tech-agnostic
   customer to do so.
